Positions and relaxation techniques to ease labour and delivery. The chance to meet and share with other mums-to-be. Special partner sessions arranged every two months.

I am a fully qualified Teacher of Dru Yoga and a Member of the Register of Dru Yoga Teachers (MRDY). I am passionate about the therapeutic benefits of Yoga. As a member of the Heart of England Dru Yoga Association I have worked with other tutors leading workshops and supporting new tutors. I have been teaching Dru Yoga for 20 years in private classes and Adult Education. I frequently had pregnant ladies in my classes but after specialising in Dru Prenatal Yoga seven years ago I realised how much better a tailor made class can be. I have subsequently taught antenatal yoga at a Sure Start Centre and in private classes. As well as regular yoga classes I offer a chair based class so that all can access the wonderful benefits of yoga.
